About the role of HubSpot Technical Consultant (CRM) at Tapp Network

Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Implementation:
- Design and build technical solutions for advanced HubSpot setups, including CRM architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Implement custom integrations with third-party platforms, utilizing tools like Zapier, APIs, and HubSpot Operations Hub.
- Oversee the creation of automated workflows, lead nurture campaigns, and segmented email marketing strategies.
- Automation & Workflows:
- Design, develop, and refine HubSpot workflows to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Implement email marketing automation, lead nurturing sequences, and sales pipelines.
- Client Engagement & Communication:
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, simplifying complex HubSpot solutions into clear, actionable steps.
- Provide guidance on HubSpot best practices and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support tailored to client needs.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment:
- Build and optimize integrations to ensure smooth handoffs between MQL and SQL workflows.
- Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize high-value leads for sales teams.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to track sales, marketing, and engagement performance.
- Automate data collection and visualization for real-time leadership decision-making.
- Data Management:
- Audit, clean, and analyze client data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for migration into HubSpot.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing data structures and recommend improvements to maintain data integrity and optimize future use.
- Optimization & Training:
- Continuously analyze workflows and campaigns to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Provide training and documentation to stakeholders for effective use of HubSpot tools.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Technical Expert:
- 7+ years of HubSpot experience across all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and CMS).
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s data model, advanced CRM functionalities, and API integrations.
- Experience implementing custom solutions and system architectures.
- Platform Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience with a wide range of platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Zapier (or similar automation tools), Salesforce, and data analysis tools like Power BI.
- Ability to integrate and optimize these platforms within the HubSpot ecosystem to create seamless workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Strategic Thinker:
- Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and creating strategies to streamline internal and external processes.
- Skilled Communicator:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly, business-friendly.
- Experience in client-facing roles, focusing on discovery, implementation, and long-term support.
- Self-Starter and Problem Solver:
- Proactively takes ownership of projects, identifies opportunities for improvement, and delivers results with minimal supervision.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrating resourcefulness, initiative, and a “go-getter” attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recent HubSpot experience on all HubSpot Hubs
- 7+ years in digital marketing
- Thorough understanding of HubSpot data model and information architecture
- Experience implementing HubSpot for custom solutions
- Completed all HubSpot HUB (marketing/sales/CRM/CMS) certifications
- Familiarity with coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Hubl) is a bonus.
- Account management or Agency experience is required.
Compensation
$70,000-$85,000 - commensurate with experience.
