About the role of Senior HubSpot Solutions Manager at Tapp Network

The Senior HubSpot Solutions Manager position requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships with clients
    • Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals to align marketing automation strategies accordingly
  • Marketing Automation Implementation:
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their marketing technology  needs and design tailored strategic solutions
    • Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless execution
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with clients' overall business objectives
    • Provide strategic guidance on the use of automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze marketing automation campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
    • Collaborate with clients to refine strategies, A/B test campaigns, and enhance overall performance
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure coordinated efforts and successful client outcomes
    • Provide insights to product development teams based on client feedback and market trends
  • Training and Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients on marketing automation tools and best practices
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client queries and challenges

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recent HubSpot experience on all HubSpot Hubs
  • 7+ years in digital marketing
  • Thorough understanding of HubSpot data model and information architecture
  • Extensive knowledge in marketing best practices and strategies
  • Experience implementing HubSpot for custom solutions
  • Active HubSpot Certifications for major hubs and onboarding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Account management experience is a plus

Compensation

$70,000-$85,000 - commensurate with experience.
