Tech Impact had re-branded and was looking to scale capacity and drive more leads through their website. These leads would come in via form submissions through a "Get Started" form, typically on a services page or somewhere far down the sales funnel.
Tech Impact knew they would benefit from creating content tailored for each lifecycle to improve business relationships with customers, assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
