Scale Global Capacity:  Because TechSoup is global, they have a critical need to ensure alignment of the appropriate language and nuances to their member nonprofits. TechSoup is constantly working to ensure that they are attracting registered nonprofits into their system, validating them and then placing them in their appropriate segments for technology access and learning.  

Platform Integration: TechSoup engaged Tapp because they wanted to consolidate their existing SaaS and custom platforms to gain visibility and understand actionable insights into how their entire marketing and sales spectrum works together (both internally and externally).  

Marketing Automation: TechSoup creates a lot of content.
